About the Journal
Grinrey Conference Proceedings (GCP) publishes the peer-reviewed output of academic and professional conferences, symposia, and workshops across all disciplines. GCP does not include individual papers outside of a conference programme. Every paper published in the series first went through the review and acceptance process of the conference it belongs to.
Publication model
Each conference that publishes with GCP receives its own numbered proceedings volume (or a sequence of volumes, for multi-track or recurring events). A volume is a bounded, dated collection - it closes once the agreed set of papers is published and does not accept later additions, which keeps the record matching what was actually presented and accepted at the conference. GCP uses a "diamond" open-access model. Neither the reader nor the individual author pays, and the costs of production are met by the conference organizers, agreed in advance with the editorial office.
Review Process
It is the responsibility of Guest Editors to complete the review of individual paper through at least two experts and reccomned only accepted papers for publication. GCP will re-review accepted conference papers on technical merit by regular editorial board. GCP reservs right not to include poor quality paper in the proceedings. The review responsibility sits with the conference's own programme committee, and the Organizer Guidelines set out the minimum review standard a conference must document before its papers can be published in the series. Every volume has one lead guest editor, nominated by the organizing committee and confirmed by GCP, who is the point of contact for editorial questions, corrections, and any post-publication concerns about that volume.
Retraction of a Paper
GCP reservs right to retract a paper in case of any malpractices or unethical conducts observed in it. The retraction note will be displyed and published accordingly.
Licensing and archiving
All papers are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License unless a conference has a documented reason to request an alternative open licence, agreed with the editorial office in advance. Under CC BY NC ND 4.0, anyone may copy, redistribute and adapt a paper for any purpose, including commercial use, provided the original authors are credited.
Discoverability
Each paper receives a persistent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) on publication and each volume receives its own ISBN. Metadata for every paper - title, authors, affiliations, abstract and DOI - is deposited with standard scholarly registries so that papers are findable through citation databases and search tools rather than only through this website.
Indexing
The GCP volumes will be submitted for indexing to various databases. The final inclusion decision about it will be taken by the respective databases.
