Propose a Proceedings Volume

This intake form is how the GCP editorial office evaluates a new proceedings proposal. Completing it starts the review described in the Organizer Guidelines — it does not commit your conference to anything.

Before you start

Have ready: your conference's official name and dates, an estimate of accepted papers, a short description of your review process, and the name and email of the person who will act as volume editor. See Requirements before proposing a volume for the full list.

1 · Conference details
2 · Organizing contact / prospective volume editor
3 · Volume scope

See the minimum review standard in the Organizer Guidelines. A brief, honest description is more useful here than a polished one.

4 · Additional context
5 · Confirmation

After submitting, you'll be able to download a PDF copy of your submission for your own records. The editorial office is notified automatically.
